
Marc Blount
District I – Supervisor Jeffries
Marc Blount was appointed to the OHVR Commission in March 2013. Born and raised in Southern California, he has lived in the Riverside area for over 45 years. Marc graduated from Poly High School, where he was active in sports and on the high school motocross team. He owns his own business and is very involved in the community. Marc has always had a passion for the outdoors and shares this with his family; he and his wife have 3 children who all enjoy camping and riding motorcycles together.
Vice Chair Jon Christensen
District II – Supervisor Tavaglione
Jon Christensen, originally appointed to the OHV Commission in 2010, was appointed to the OHVR Commission in February 2011 when it was formed under the Park District. Mr. Christensen was born and raised in Riverside County where his family settled and started farming in the 1880s. He spent nine years in the U.S. military, both in active duty and with the National Guard. He also volunteered for the U.S. Forest Service in the local Mountains. Mr. Christensen graduated from AMU with a degree in Management. He currently works for the County of Riverside’s Treasurer Tax-Collector department as the Assistant Director where his daily operations include collecting 3 billion dollars of tax revenue and investing the County’s 5.5 billion dollar AAA rated investment pool. Mr. Christensen, who is extremely active in the outdoors, enjoys hunting, camping, and riding motorcycles with his wife, two children, and son-in-law. He believes that OHV riding with his family has shaped his appreciation for our great outdoors and the recreational opportunities it provides.
Anthony Migliore
District III – Supervisor Stone
Anthony Migliore, originally appointed to the OHV Commission in 2006, was appointed to the OHVR Commission in February 2011 when it was formed under the Park District. He was raised in North Orange County and graduated from CSU Fullerton with a degree in International Marketing. He was accepted into the Naval Aviation Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Florida where he was commissioned as a Naval Officer and earned his wings as a Naval Aviator. After serving 21 years in numerous flying positions throughout the world, Lieutenant Commander Anthony Migliore, USN, retired from Naval service in 2005 and returned to his home and family in the wine country of Temecula in Riverside County. Mr. Migliore currently works as a defense consultant and is a licensed general contractor in California. He is married and has three sons. His family enjoys riding off highway vehicles both on their private acreage as well as official state and county OHV parks.
Chair Ryan Stendell
District IV – Supervisor Benoit
Ryan Stendell, originally appointed to the OHV Commission in 2006, was appointed to the OHVR Commission in February 2011 when it was formed under the Park District. Mr. Stendell graduated from San Diego State University and currently works for the City of Palm Desert as a Senior Management Analyst. Mr. Stendell is extremely active and enjoys football, waterskiing and riding motorcycles. Mr. Stendell believes that riding dirt bikes with his father helped shaped his appreciation for the great outdoors and he has continued the tradition by exploring the deserts with his young family in the family Jeep.
Bill Zimmerman
District V – Supervisor Ashley
Bill Zimmerman was appointed to the OHVR Commission in March 2013. He is a Land Planning Consultant and has enjoyed family camping and off-roading all of his life. In the early 1990s, he served as a check point official for SCORE, working at Riverside Raceway and the Baja 1000 in Mexico. He also was co-driver for a desert off-road racing team. His family enjoys riding OHVs in the mountains and sand dunes. Mr. Zimmerman plays an active role in many local service organizations including Arts Council Menifee, MSJC Foundation Board of Directors, Menifee’s Boys & Girls Club Steering Committee, and Menifee Valley Historical Association. He also served as Planning Commissioner for the City of Menifee. His primary goal as OHVR Commissioner is to create new legal green sticker riding areas within Riverside County.
