Day Use/Annual Pass

RivCoParks’ Annual Pass allows free day use access to participating Riverside County parks and facilities (see list on the flyer). The cost is $35.00. The Annual Pass application may be downloaded from the website through the link below and mailed with payment, or passes may be purchased onsite at Riverside County Regional Park & Open-Space District headquarters or select parks.

Launch Permit

A single-use launch permit, which may be purchased for a fee of $2.00, is required in order to launch boats at Lake Skinner Park. A yearly Launch Pass is also available for purchase for a fee of $50.00. A boat inspection is required in order to launch a boat; once inspection has been passed, a sticker will be placed on the boat which is also accepted at Diamond Valley Lake in Hemet. Disabled Pass

A driver’s license/ID, blue placard and vehicle registration are required to purchase a disabled pass for $10.00. An American Veterans Disabled Pass is also available for those who are 100% disabled. Driver’s license/ID and a copy of Member-4 Form DD-214 are required to purchase a Veterans Pass. The fee is $5.00. These passes allow free day use as well as $2.00 off camping fees at participating county parks. Both passes may be purchased at Riverside County Regional Park & Open-Space District Headquarters.
