Day Use/Annual Pass
The Annual Pass will allow free day use access to several of our participating parks. The Annual Pass will cover free day use for the card holder. A day use pass is known as an Annual Pass which can be purchased for $25.00 at our Riverside County Parks & Open Space District headquarters. An Annual Pass application can be downloaded from the website send with payment by mail as well.

Launch Permit
A launch permit is required in order to launch boats at Lake Skinner Park and can be purchased for a fee of $2.00. A yearly Launch Pass is available for purchase at Lake Skinner Park for a fee of $50.00. A boat inspection is required in order to launch a boat; once inspection has passed a sticker will be placed on the boat which is also accepted at Diamond Valley Lake in Hemet. Disabled Pass
Driver’s license/ID, blue placard and registration are required in order to purchase a disabled pass. Disabled Pass can be purchased for a fee of $10.00. An American Veterans Disabled Pass is available also for those who are 100% disable. Driver’s license/ ID and letter from the Veterans are required in order to purchase a Veterans Pass. Veterans Pass can be purchased for a fee of $5.00. The passes will allow $2.00 of camping and free day use to participating county parks. Passes can be purchased at the Riverside County Parks & Open Space District Headquarters.
