Q: What sort of packages do you have?
A: Crestmore Manor is not a package location. We are solely an hourly rate site. We do not charge for tax and gratuities. We do not offer vendor lists. Further, liability insurance is required. Proof of insurance must be provided by you to our Special Events Coordinator.
Q: Can I have my ceremony outside and my reception inside?
A: Yes. You can have both outside, both inside or one inside and the other outside. It’s completely up to you!
Q: Do you provide tables, chairs, linens and napkins?
A: Yes. Tables and chairs are included in your rental price up to 200 people for your reception only. Ceremony chairs must be rented. Linens and napkins are available to rent. Linens are white. A variety of colors are available for napkins. All linens and napkins must be placed and removed by you. We do not fold napkins in decorative ways.
Q: I’m having my wedding here. Will someone be available to help with my rehearsal?
A: You must handle your own rehearsal. Staff is only provided for your event.
Q: Is smoking and drinking allowed on property?
A: Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Alcohol is permitted on a conditional basis. Alcohol must stop being served 30 minutes prior to your specified clean up time. If the majority of attendees of an event are under the age of 21, a mandatory additional fee of $3,000 will apply. This fee covers the cost of a Deputy that is required on site when alcohol is served with minors present.
Q: What hours am I available to rent your facilities?
A: Invitation times for events held Monday through Thursday cannot be scheduled to begin for before 5:30PM. The event must end by 10PM. However, you can pay through 11PM for cleanup.
Invitation times for events held on Friday cannot be scheduled to begin before 4:00PM, The event must end by midnight. However, you can pay through 1AM for cleanup.
Invitation times for events held on Saturday cannot be scheduled to begin before 2:00PM, The event must end by midnight. However, you can pay through 1AM for cleanup.
Invitation times for events held on Sunday cannot be scheduled to begin before 2:00PM, The event must end by 10PM. However, you can pay through 11PM for cleanup.
Q: When can I come to decorate for my event? Will someone be there to help me?
A: Two hours prior to the start of your event are provided to you free of charge for decorating purposes only. All decorating is done by you.
Q: I want to hold a county or corporate event, who do I contact?
A: Special rates are available for county or corporate events. Hours vary according to the events schedule. Contact a Special Events Coordinator for more information.
Q: How do I go about having an event at Crestmore Manor?
