- Events held Monday through Friday have a four-hour minimum.
- Saturday and Sunday events have a six-hour minimum.
- Saturday events must end by midnight.
- Sunday events must end by 10PM.
- There is no tax or gratuities.
- Two staff representatives will be present for your event.
- Clean up/decorating is the responsibility of the renter.
- Alcohol must stop being served ½ hour before clean up.
